No, you don't need to be home when we service your property. Many of our clients are at work during their scheduled service time. As long as we have access to your yard (unlocked gate or a provided gate code), we can complete the service while you're away. We'll leave a service summary at your door or send it electronically if you prefer.
Our pricing is based on several factors including the size of your property, terrain complexity, obstacles (trees, flower beds, etc.), service frequency, and specific services requested. We provide detailed, itemized quotes after a thorough assessment of your property to ensure transparent pricing with no hidden costs.
Our standard mowing service includes mowing with bagging of clippings, line trimming around obstacles and fence lines, edging of all sidewalks and driveways, and blowing off all hard surfaces to leave your property looking pristine. Additional services like weed pulling, bush trimming, and fertilization can be added to your service plan.
While we take extreme care to avoid any damage, accidents can occasionally happen. If any damage occurs during our service, we will promptly notify you and take full responsibility for repairs or replacement. We carry comprehensive insurance coverage for this purpose and will work diligently to resolve any issues to your complete satisfaction.
We typically bill on a monthly basis for recurring services. For one-time projects, we require a deposit before starting work with the balance due upon completion. We accept multiple payment methods including credit/debit cards, checks, and electronic payments through our secure payment portal. We can also set up automatic billing for your convenience.
Property Maintenance
Our property maintenance services include comprehensive care for your entire landscape. This includes regular mowing, edging, and trimming, seasonal fertilization, weed control, flower bed maintenance, shrub pruning, mulch refreshing, leaf removal, and general cleanup. We offer customizable maintenance packages to meet your specific needs and budget.
For optimal results in North Texas, we recommend 4-5 fertilizer applications throughout the year. This typically includes early spring, late spring, summer, early fall, and late fall applications. Each application is timed to address specific seasonal needs and uses appropriate formulations for the time of year. Our maintenance packages include properly scheduled fertilization.
We ask that pet waste be removed before our scheduled service. While our crews will move small items as needed to complete the service, we request that larger items, toys, or extensive debris be cleared from the lawn area. If you need regular pet waste removal or debris cleanup, we can add this service to your maintenance plan for an additional fee.
Yes, we provide comprehensive seasonal cleanup services including spring preparation, summer maintenance, fall leaf removal, and winter protection. These services ensure your landscape looks its best year-round and is properly prepared for each season's unique challenges.
Landscaping & Hardscaping
We handle a wide range of landscaping projects including landscape design, flower bed installation, tree and shrub planting, sod installation, irrigation systems, xeriscaping, native plant gardens, and seasonal color rotations. Our hardscaping services include patio installation using pavers, concrete, or natural stone; walkway and pathway construction; retaining walls; outdoor kitchens; fire pits and fireplaces; pergolas and gazebos; water features; and outdoor lighting. We create beautiful, functional outdoor living spaces that enhance your property's value and your enjoyment.
Project timelines vary based on size, complexity, and materials. Small landscaping projects might take 1-3 days, while larger hardscaping projects could take 1-3 weeks or more. Weather conditions can also impact timelines. During our consultation, we'll provide a detailed timeline specific to your project, and we'll keep you updated on progress throughout the installation.
Yes, we stand behind our work with warranties on both materials and workmanship. Plant installations typically come with a 30-90 day warranty (depending on the type of plant and season of installation), while hardscaping projects carry longer warranties.
